David Arkless
Chairman
David is a world-renowned expert on labour market trends and the HCM industry. He has widespread experience of helping countries and major corporations develop their labour markets and HCM strategies. David attended the University of Durham, INSEAD, IMD and the San José College of Business. David brings strong leadership to the team and is the key architect of our human capital management consulting process. His passion, rooted in his vision for the future of Human Capital Solutions drives the team
Goran Hultin
Göran is a leading expert on international labour markets, labour migration and talent solutions. He previously served as Assistant Director General of the International Labour Office (ILO). Göran brings more than 35 years of experience in labour markets and talent solutions with a pool of relationships across public and private sector to the team. Goran holds a masters degree in chemical engineering and attended executive programs in marketing at INSEAD.
Daniel Kasmir
Daniel is the head of Arklight Consulting Practices. Daniel has spent 25 years leading HR functions in big businesses. He is known for his innovations and insight within the function and is regularly invited to conferences. He is a partner in is own consulting firm The Global Growth Institute and works with his clients to increase productivity and growth. Daniel is a graduate in economics and international relations from London School of Economics.
Alastair Young
Alastair Leaders the Talent Solutions practice group for Arklight. Prior to setting up his own consulting business, Alastair worked for Manpower Group for 13 years where he held a number of leadership roles. Most recently he led the Global Client Solutions team for 5 years which was responsible for growing innovative talent solutions across the largest international clients. Alastair previously served as a commercial leader within HP’s Outsourcing business and before that he worked for the UK government. Alastair is a graduate of the University of North London.
Mandeep Sibia
Mandeep is the head of Arklight Operations in India. Mandeep is an experienced workforce development and labour mobility specialist who is currently running various workforce development programs in Bangladesh, Bhutan and Indonesia. He previously held leadership roles within Randstad group for South-East Asian markets. Mandeep holds bachelors in computer science and attended executive program in Harvard Kennedy school of Govt. Mandeep brings portfolio of private and public sector relationships and expertise in India.
Stuart Marvin
Stuart is the head of Arklight Digital Laboratory. Stuart has over 35 years of worldwide sales, marketing and general management experience. Stuart is the founder and owner of two management and business consulting companies. Previously he has held positions as CEO and Senior Vice President in various multi-national companies such as Hewlett Packard, NeXt Computer, Digital Equipment, and Manpower. Stuart is the founder of a not for profit association of entrepreneurs in Switzerland as well as a trustee of an NGO in the UK.
Roy Butler
Roy advises Arklight Group on the legal aspects of strategic and structural matters and on its contractual arrangements.Roy has worked in London and Hong Kong with Linklaters and in Paris with S G Archibald. He also has in-house experience from three years with Hewlett-Packard at its European HQ in Geneva. His clients included Veolia, Manpower, International Paper, SAP, British Gas and The National Trust. Roy is a corporate lawyer who is a graduate of Oxford University and has an MBA from INSEAD.
Dhruv Katyal
Dhruv is the head of product development & innovation within Arklight group. Dhruv is the founder of Project Kite and CEO- Jaipur. He serves as an advisor to various for-profit and non-profit ventures across the world. Dhruv holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering & a MBA from Durham University. Dhruv has also attended executive program on people analytics at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Dhruv is passionate about the ways technology can affect the talent ecosystem and create more opportunities for organisations to be more productive.
